A point about Ubuntu-Manager

Contrary to what I wrote in one of my previous articles, the new version of Ubuntu-Manager will not be available for the release of the new Ubuntu 9.04. Indeed, this version of Ubuntu was released today and the development of my application has not progressed …
Nevertheless, the project is far from being dead and I will work on this project during the month of May and a version adapted to the new Ubuntu 9.04 should be ready this weekend.
Concerning major developments coming, which was expected will be maintain, ie internalization. In addition, I have decided to revise some things in this project. Thus, the todo list of this project:
- Internationalization: English for my friends who want to know about this project
- Separating the different additional application: For additional applications can be installed without the entire panel. Consequence: possibility to use these utilities with KDE and XFCE.
- Put in service a SVN
- Fixes bugs reported.
A site has been open for bugs reports: http://bugs.tavux.com. Do not hesitate to use if you notice any bug!
This improved version should be available in several weeks. I will try to make an intermediate release for internationalization.
Project website (in french, a translation should be available soon).
